1 Corinthians 15:55

55 ποῦ σου, θάνατε, τὸ νῖκος; ποῦ σου, θάνατε, τὸ κέντρον;

55 “Where, O death, (is) your victory? Where, O death, (is) your sting?”

ποῦ – interr. adv. of place. This quote is similar to Hos 13:14.

σου, – subj. gen. “You overcome/are victorious.” [W113-16].

θάνατε, – vocative of simple address [W67-68].

τὸ νῖκος; – nom. subj. of an elliptical sentence implying a copula (“to be”).
